Our music is a pleasing blend of retro classics, jazzy standards and standouts -- all served up in our smooth instrumental style perfect for listening and dancing. Our sound will create a hip and elegant supper club vibe - sophisticated, but never sleepy! We play an exotic combination of classic standards, bossa novas, sambas and cool 60's instrumentals that will satisfy your hippest guests, (without offending your Aunt Edna). The core of The Martini Kings consists of bass, drums and - the centerpiece of our style - vibes. Generally we suggest either 3 piece (bass, vibes, drums) or 4 piece (includes guitar), depending on the function and your budget. We are also available as a duo of bass and vibes for smaller affairs. For larger functions we suggest adding additional pieces such as saxophone and keyboards - to really round out and complete The Martini Kings swingin' sound.
